How can I get the SpeedBoost logo, or the Rep logo on my NFSW name?

Plz, can someone gimme a tut of how to get the SB/Rep logo on nickname, like Vitaleks did? I have ArtMoney PRO v7.35.1, and I already got lowercase characters on my nick. I just wanna know about the SB/Rep logos...

If anybody report you, your account will be disabled for that lowercase characters.
Using ArtMoney and other hacks (trainers) is punished by EA by disabling account....
I reported 4 guys for lowercase names and all have been banned.
Consider this like a WARNING !

lol mostly now peopel get lowercase names with EA's help

I got my lowercase nicknames by using the Support, but anyway, I need to know about how to get SpeedBoost and Rep logos on my nickname. If you want to report anyone about this, report Vitaleks then, he published the codes for those logos on his site, and he also developed some hack to hide your nickname from above your car:
