No-ip proplems

I had made everything .. i put the xampp in c:// and download the no-ip programme and made acc and run on the programme that I downloaded and made host and run it and here is my link [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] ... i see that it done ... or idk ... how to add to it things ... Or to add anything on it

It doesnt work for me. How to add 'things' into it? I bet u aint good at html so u can download any finished website from rz, use total commander and send files to the server

im html designer ... i made site and added it's files to Htocdes and i open localhost or 127.0.0.1 and it works ... idk why in site no-ip not work ... HERE IS MY PROPLEM
