some problems with server files and OS

Hi guy's,

i have some problems the first is what for a OS is the best for SRO server
i try win server 2008 only blue screens some times now i try win XP its run better but the server files crash (globalmanager and SR_Shardmanager) many times best running was 1-2 days not more i dont know what can i do for fix it

so the next is a item mall problem i search on media.pk2 and in the server database if i want buy a avatar (not all only 2 or 3) say it to me "Already Sold Out" i hope any one know my problems can help me

that is an 1 root server system with VMware ESiX 4 with 3 vm's

#1 Gameserver #2 Gameserver #3 SQLserver and website

cpu: intel core i7 920
RAM: #1 8GB #2 8GB #3 4GB (and 4 GB for stable VMware ground OS)
2TB HDD
.....


btw. after a few minutes the GlobalManager create .dmp and again and again...... size 50kb

Did u check .ini files?I've got same problems.Maby the things wrote in .ini doesn't match with the db name or the ips are wrong.

i check it now more then 5 times i found nothink what is wrong all ip's or DB names are right same for server config
