[SRO-R-Based Bug]Need some Help

04/23/2012 22:15 culcha44#1
I was wondering if someone could help me to get a bug working.
Sometime ago there was a so called "Directlink" bug.
There were given direct links to the item mall for not yet released items.
As there weren released the price was just 1 silk.
[...]
for example this link ( for a D12 Rare Weapon Coupon)
Code:
http://www.joymax.com/silkroad-r/Property_Front.aspx?WorkUrl=http://silkroad-rcp.joymax.com/us/Shop/ItemBuy.aspx?pid=2874
Now to my question, is it possible to do this on a sro-r based pServer as long as their server files are not fixed yet?
Thanks

Your Vince

It's possible if they have a billing site like Joymax (which I doubt...).

They have 1.017 files (although their client version is 1.019 now), official SRO-R is 1.022 (or higher).

Index Out of Bound Exception are the Unchecked Exception that occurs at run-time errors. This arises because of invalid parameter passed to a method in a code. The java Compiler does not check the error during the compilation of a program. Index Out of Bound Exception Occurs when a programmer try to access an element of beyond the storage capacity of the index.

Maybe we can do something based on the host's ip?!

When you're in game and opening the item mall you're connecting to an internet adress
There should be a biling process running or not?
Just an idead, cuz I really havent got any clue.

:D
Regards

LOL!
Check rev6 for server "Thebes"!
They are collecting information about the private server probably its ranomly.

A good example is this char cuz he's wearing one part of beginner set ( sun+10 9DG)

well i guess the private server would be easier. but the question is what do you want from them ?

Just download wireshark and analyze the packets you get from opening the item mall in exsror. From there you can get the url and the machine of their billing system. Then build your own packets and send.

Hope this helps...

I do not suggest attempting this bug as it would take a simple query to see all who abuse it and ban them. Then he can set the items to inactive and fix the bug temporarily til he fixes the asp files which also shouldn't be hard. I would believe the silk prices are still set in the db do it could be an easier fix but I have not looked at the DBS recently.
