Is there any CE script that removes the Buff visual effects?

Title says all.. For example, Bounce defender's animation when you get buffed with it. Or when a summoner does Poison sword/shadow revenge etc. :o I need a scrip that removes em so the other ppl around me can't see it. Don't ask me why..
