Not designs.. you only have to change the Hangar and then you get +HP but I think it's already fixed.

I can remember that you have to change your skill design. as example Bastion to Venom and you will get 50k hp. I dont know if its fixed. :)

i think they try fix this bug but some still get the 50k hp when change design works still on gb2 at least on my account

Just change the design,no hangar:))
