I have a error i need help on please

Hello i have an error on my server i dont know what to do. lol it is more than likely something simple but its been a while since i messed with dk so i dont remember.

Thanks for the help i got it now. There was an extra letter were there wasn't supposed to be one in the action list.csv lol
