ok i got a problem if some1 can help me plz when i load account server up it shuts off can some1 help

i get the same thing with files that my server bought but by the time i transfered the files to our test server the seller was offline :(

lol its easy to fix. get a hex editor, and hex edit the gamserver.cfg in the accserver folders. INCLUING IN GAMESERVER FOLDER

and yes i have checked all the config files
check again and see if your ports are open or arent in use already because it isnt the database side of things as its the connection between your ACC and MSG server

ok well i checked it and the accounts are right in mysql ect

i have not changed anythink but the open port for the configs

:D only changed the ip addresses atm for testing not sure if the GetConfig.ini file matters or not

any ideas?


edit: tryed this with my firewall compltly off still didnt work but the npc and msg server both work fine it is just the acc server wont luanch dose it need mysql5.0 instard?

whatever u all are doing isnt going to solve the problem. As i said. Just get a hex editor and hex edit the gameserver.cfg and make it connect to your ip. The ip in it is connecting to alpha online or wherever it is. Changing stuff in the ini files wwithout editting the Right files will not make your server run properly. The files you need to hex edit are:

1.OEM.DAT in Eudemons CLient ini folder (Oem.ini is useless)
2. gameserver.CFG in Accserver folder
3.gameserver.CFG in Gameserver folder.

EDIT: i forgot anothe one which is:
Authorize_db.CFG

After you've done that it should work fine.

well that dont work if you looked at my post you would have see that i did change that and it dosnt need hexediting just open with notepad

sso ur accserver just shutted down instantly after u run it? Which db are you using? is it the one necron released?

5. Shell.dat in gameserver folder
6. Shell.ini in ggamserver
7.config.ini in gameserver folder ( if you haven't editted)

the halloween one (ill try to find were i rote the version number)
and it starts up
and goes

yup thats what happened when i didnt edit the CFG files. However its with necron's db. I've never use your db so i can't help much sry. You may wanna check out my new guide i made and see where you go wrong, otherwise, i can't help without a copy of your db. If you have the dl link you can pm me with it ill see what i can do once i get a copy.

dont got the link lol, i had one of my pms buy it while i was at school :D im sure necron is selling the verson i have
