This is a thread about the rideable Dragonmaw Nether Drake (the one that you transform into when you enter the felorc camps):
As you see, this isen't even a real mount.
Dragonmaw Nether Drake - NPC - World of Warcraft
It's just a buff.

As a female Draeneyou can take this drake whenever you feel like it.
Draeneis.
Step 1: fly into the zone to transform
Step 2: dismount and use Gift of the Naaru
Step 3: mount up before the HoT fades.
Step 4: ???
Step 5: Profit!
For rogues: On my troll rogue i got this mount by clicking my epic flyer icon and destealthing. Turned in my dailies and left the zone and had the mount. No special buffs or any thing active at the time.
For other classes, DC at the exactpoint you lose the mount/buff. Just before you lose it, that's how I first did it.
Or mass sum him while he's in the area, he will still keep the unique mount.
dunno if it's a repost or not, but it should be somewhere around here you should dc.

Should've pointed out that you can summon the one with the buff and you still keep the mount in azeroth.
