Workin bypass guys. I have tested it. I was using speedgear, even without playing 2-4 games. It has also got tgs pub hack installed too.
How to use:
1) Copy and paste all the files into your combat arms folder
2) Then copy and paste d3dx9_35.ddl and d3dx9_39.ddl into You System32 folder
(c:\Windows\System32)
3) Double click guid-gen
4) After you have click start game on combat arms
5) Press any key in guid-gen
Now, you can use speedgear ( i use speedgear 6.0 ( play 2-4 games)) and mhs and all those.

Note: There is a problem for some vista users, just mess around with the compatability settings until it works.
