So, I launch C9 and every thing is ok. But before the update window pops up, an error window appears.
It says:
"XML URL Open fail
Please check firewall on your PC (12029)"
and if I press ok it shows:
"Fail to load XML file."
I don't know what to do, i've already tried to turn off my firewall and to add the game as a exception, but it didn't work.
