Help with logintool

My problem is that i get this window every time i try to launch the games with the logintool, it happens on every server with a logintool. The window comes up right after the patches has been downloaded.
So can anyone help me with this?

ok, so lets find out a way to fix it.

i fixed this problem reinstaling the client and the patch (from the site), and putting logintool on the folder.

but now i got the same problem that i got in all other servers that uses logintool, vista problem, the good in it, is that it have no way to fix. ;)

hope i helped you, and fuck logintool shits, the worst game launcher i've ever seen.

EDIT: Did you redownload the client from their site to?

i had the same problem... did someone know how to fix that?
