boxybot - problem

Can someone tell me why can not I use the pet to collect?
The mode of release of PET is scratched and the pet does not appear on the map, look:

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

I think it is unavailable in the free boxybot, if u want full features u have to buy that bot :S
