Lvl 70+ mobs info requested

To be more specific, I'm looking for:

HP, SP, MP, attacks, skills used etc that the mobs for QS/QC, dimensions crack and such.

and/or how you came to your conclusion on how to set them up?

I understand that each server is it's own living community but I'm trying to setup a server that is balanced throughout and I'm having a hard time on the top end of the scale.

For example: I can lvl through about 85% of the content and then the time spent on the last 15% goes up exponentially and doesn't include the PvP aspect...

I hope this is in the correct section, as it's really a 2 part question and I think that they are related, but I'm more interested in the thought process than the actual numbers ( ok I want those too :) but I digress )

Philipp, Yes, I'm looking for either:
1. Actual stats - HP, SP, MP that you have for high lvl mobs.
2. Actual mob skills they use.
3. How you came to the conclusion on the stats, skills etc...

I'm hoping to get a few responses to this so I can see how it fits with the rest of my config. I understand this is an opinion thread and that is exactly what I want, everyone's opinion on why to set them up a certain way...

For example:
" I set mob xx to have xxxx HP and use skill_X because my server has lvlx lapis and the ppl farming them should be lvl75 and have about xxxstr, xxxdex, etc "

So my thinking on the subject is this:
I cross referenced the HP from lvl to lvl and there is about a 6% increase in HP from base lvl 69 to base lvl 70 mobs and there is about a 5% increase from lvl 56 mobs to 57 mobs. So keeping with that formula, if a lvl 73 boss ( ales ) has 3954460 HP, then a lvl 74 boss ( spike ) should have 4231272 HP with an increase of 7%.

Now the issue is that Spike's actual HP from the DB is 4590000 which is 14% higher than Ales and it seems that there are a number of anomalies in the high level mobs...

Thanks for the reply dreadz, but I should have specified that I know how to change the attributes at the db level and with the shstudio.
I've played on a few servers and have come to the conclusion that everyone must be guessing at the attacks, skills and other attributes as some low lvl mobs attack with the same skills that some bosses use and/or skills don't seem to match with what a mobs element is.
For example I've seen KI bosses use attacks that either: 1. don't correspond with their element, or 2. mobs that do huge amount of damage that doesn't correspond with their level.
I also understand that this may be due to a customized server, however, I'm not sure why one would go through all of the effort to make lvl 40-50 mobs harder...
Keep in mind that this is just my opinion, so please correct me if I'm incorrect. That's why I'm asking :)
