oh yeah, and i was just.. g dorkin and went to download a pdf and it gave me the php file ^^ wtf.. i tried recreating what i did with no success.. probably just a lame php file, but let me know if you want it...

ok got it i think. but not 100% sure.
it seems that the file you decrypted points to other ini files. and i imagin that the numbers are a reference to what is inside those inis
eg - INI\SOCIAL_GM.txt ,489,15,5
points to that specifc ini file (if you look youl find INI\SOCIAL_GM.txt/ini) then decrypt that and so on.

i just didnt clip these 2 files off here and am not offering to send them to you :P
