Changing Password

Okay somehow my account's PW got changed...

I have no goddam fcking clue how this would happen. I dont even know what the original email and security password was, how the hell is a hacker supposed to know? This is just ridiculous. Is there any way to change the password without those things?

Nope. You cant change the password without the email adress secret question and secret answer.

Well thats just goddam incredible

Someone went through all that trouble to hack my email... S.A... and password to get a lvl 67 account. This is just goddam ridiculous. And i cant even get to support form joymax... not like itd do anything

I didnt know that information in the first palce, how the hell am i supposed to get them to help

and to chicken master : are you sure you dont have any keyloggers in your PC?
just asking,because there may be one sollution to hack accounts,and thats bruteforcing.but very hard to bruteforce password,and email,but secret question too.

Strange anyway,maybe a new joymax bug?
