search respons ^^

hi everybody i'm new here and i have already some questions ^^
first is it true that the quality of dropped object is server side now?
otherwise i search a cheat wich can show me those item^^
second is there a bot wich can xp my perso (xp,skill,...) without gone to the bot jail :s ?
