About gaming mouse

Hey guys, any ideas how:

1. To use my extra mouse buttons into the game, f.ex. replace keyboard "D" and "F" with my button 13 and 15, since when i tryed with keybinds into game nothing worked ? Is there another way to put in there, without the game options, like mod some game file ?
2. Is there a possible way to use a macro to cast a combo into the game, i have both MS x8 and a a4 x7 ( with bult-in oscar) mouses ? (Even i may use the keyboard for macro, tho i hate it).

I think its not possible to use keybinds in League of Legends. but you can activate smartcast in options, it allows you to cast your spells instant.

I have a4 x7 mouse with oscar and all the bindings seem to work.

Very helpful crimsologia, would u upload any combo macros if u have for brand. I have problems with setting up delays, or upload ny of you x7 macro files, so i can study it :)

I have only tried QE spam on cass. I rather use it for other games.
