simple script to cast flare?

im new to this website & was wondering if anyone knew how to do a script to be able to cast flare every 3mins so effectively static farming as i seen other ppl on my server doing this at ahrimen eyes in nanawa etc..... them seem to always use the same abilities then flare ( excruitiate, resonance then flare) any help would be appreciated

It is easy to write a loop AHK script
But i think DiagonalRabbit has a feature allowing you to write a loop right into his tool
