Game speed

Hello, I recently got a new computer. ill shorten my dillemma.

I used to use speed gear to speed some things up but it wont work on my system now. I have windows 7 64-bit. i read on the speed gear website they are thinking 3 years? really?
I was wondering if any of you know of a program that does the same thing but with win7-64

I apologize, I didn't notice that right off. I haven't been here for over a year. I even forgot my pass and my email has changed so I had to make a new profile. I cant access the old one well becuase that company is out of business lol.

Id also like to add that this is really for offline use like rpg and command and conquer stuff nothing fancy.. besides online any game is gonna notice a timing issue.
