I'm gonna guess that he's saying that he cant log into his server.
Maybe you need to make sure you have the right IP address in you server.dat and config.ini file.

He said that or, when he tries to log in, the interface loads but the sreen and char dont (i had that problem for a while), simply make a new account.

This is just a guess as to what he was asking but in a nut shell it sounds like he cant log in.
