Help with creating lineage 2 server

Hello I am realy noob on this topic even if I play 3 years, I am playing at official but I quited after some !@#$% admins and now I need to make my own server (just to get some money from donations) Well I know visual C++ and dos but I dont know what I need to make my own server gracia part 2 or whatever chronicle, Can anyone wright how to make, how to upload etc etc my server? and how to edit create new weapons and so on I know its hard but I will try.
Please wright down some links and include in ur tut that I dont know anything so dont pass a step that might be easy or whatever, thank you guys

it's quite impossible to gain any money with L2 priv servs
even if you'r sucesfull the amount of time n work invested / to the money gain (which is shortend by the server costs ofcourse)
you'll end up prety screwed,
any minor real life job can grant you far higher profits than L2 servs regarding time + work invested...

i need help too for creating server....
im downloaded ... MySqL, navicat, and 1 program not remember the name ...
i need to know ... how to create... ;)
