You can't edit things in the data file making the upgrade rate to become higher. The only way to edit that is packet editing.

Very Easy. Just learn reverse engineering then try to find routine of enc/dec for packets in olly and then you can send packets to server to make +7 items. Sooooo easy!!

Tutorial ? Theres a lot of tuts on net. Just google "reverse engineering" and u gonna find a lot of stuff with these words.
