EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE PROVIDED

... install your preferred web hosting program (most common being apache. Comes with Xamp and many other redistributable packages all over the net for easy instal). Then simply place your website inside the htdocs folder and browse to 127.0.0.1 in your web browser (or external if you've port forwarded.. or localhost... or any number of other ways of accessing it you could use!)

Please familiarize yourself with how to install and use an Apache-based web server. Then, for ease of use (I assume this will be a local-only (or low-use) website), use a pre-packaged installer (contains Apache, PHP, and MySQL pre-configured). Examples would be XAMPP, WAMP, or AppServ.

Knowledge is power.
