Looking to buy an ELO boost 1400-1900+ on NA server, hopefully someone who will start immediately. I bought an ELO boost 3 days ago from a site and the boost still hasn't started. Hoping to find someone who will offer a discount, as I am buying bulk ELO as opposed to 50-100 ELO. I've looked over the majority of the forum and most of the prices vary between 50-100 dollars/100 ELO in the upper brackets. Please PM me or post any links you think may help me. I have MOST champs and adequate runes for all.
