why is the site down so much?

Title says it all, just curious if these are intermittent server issues or what?

If you're talking about elitepvpers, it should be available 24/7, we didn't have any downtimes recently, maybe some issues which were solved after 3-5 minutes.

Please consider our daily backups, which are starting at around 04:30 UTC +01:00 and running for 30~ minutes.
