i dont think so, becuase for private server you need to have the game files wich im sure no 1 has but maybe some one will get from the reason its acclaim games as i know there are planty of server for 2moons, its another acclaim game so they might sell them or somthing or maybe some one stole them i dont know lol.

Mabey in the future...Curently,The vn server has 5x exp rate.....
Mabey thats something for you to look at. (BTW- Rate doesnt effect demons)

I would love a real private server of 9Dragons. Maybe, x20 exp rates, and for skills. Then increased drop rate also. :)

best pServer Rates for 9D Would be 10x Exp and 20 Skill exp xD but that its not gonna happen

Chances of a private 9d server is so low it probably won't ever happen. This game just isn't popular enough and for someone to make one would require insane amounts of time.
