He is exactly right.
1) This is the wrong forum
2) If the existing bots won't be updated from 2.7 to 3.0 what the hell makes anyone think we want to write them a new one, for free?
3) If we WERE going to write a bot for someone, why would we do it for someone who disregards the rules?
4) Those same people, when their request is not fulfilled, come back telling authors of tools how "not so good" they are...
