Hello guys...little problem here, I have my internet,but don't work now,also i have wireles on my desktop,but i use other wireles(neighbor wireles atm :D) and i can't go on them and say...restart your router... >.<
so how can i change my ip adress to join in cabal?

strange you cant be banned by ip

if you want change ip try proxy switcher standard

use proxycap get info for program in google :) good luck

Doubt you are ip banned.

There are a lot of free/trial vpns outthere just google it up.
