Which one is "the one"? LF 80 with high population

Well, every thread about new pserver contains informations about population which are in the most casses nothing more then a fakes, so i choose to not believe them and ask you ppl (regular players) to clear me some things about the private server which deserve my attention.
1st of all i would like to ask is there a so called "old school" cap 80 pserver with NO som/sun items in vendor shops, which have high population online something like 50% of server capacity most of time, with decent items/gold drop rate (like x5/x15 or something like it), and were then most dominant population arent the Turkish people! I dont care about jobbing (we all know that the Job war servers are mostly fails), or so called events (when GM summon 3 uniques at DW south and call it an event), or new gloves on weapons and those tiny little things, all i am looking for is a stable, populated,based in europe server with x10-30 exp/sp rates.

Well , to be honest , CappedOnline is still a growing server , it has some players , and JUST ONE FORTRESS , like at old times, started within 50 cap , and cap is rising like at 2006 @ isro , or smth like that , at the current moment , cap is 80 , and at the website , there's a vote goin on , at which cap would we like to stop , most votes atm has 80cap , so i guess it will stay like that , no som /sun at npc's , no OP weps for donating , uniques drops some stuff like avatar , and pop cards ( max degree for pop is 6.) sox rate is higher , so u can get some nice stuff while grinding.
Rates are 12,5x Vsro files and 25x if we count ON isro rates.
Me and my friends started to play there like 1-2 days ago , and we really enjoy the server. =)
