[Problem]Mobs doesn' t move

I creat my private server with TheCoServer and:
-The mobs doesn' t move and attack :s.
-I can change the xp/drop rate ????
-I can make a npc for rebirth 1 and 2 ?????
-I can' t learn a new skill or i haven' t this in my data base :s.

Who can help me ???????

(And sorry for my bad english I' m french)

problem = almost nothing coded there,or maybe added, the mobs just spawn and drop(with the lastest as i know) ,it has the basics for a PVP server , not a leveling
