getting banned?

hi one of my accounts just got banned like few days ago and soon after that another account was banned again. so what i want to ask is, once one of your accounts gets banned, will the GMs be on a lookout for your ip and go after your other accounts that are not banned yet?

email them at [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] and ask them if you're ip is on ban list :D

andwhat happens if my ip is on the ban list??

there is no ip ban for hackers, anyway ip ban is stupid idea cause u can change ur own ip.

Wrong on two counts.

1. Yes they do. For example xTasteDaHatex is IP banned on all his accounts and I think automatically banned if he makes a new one.
2. You can't change your IP. You can only mask it....and it can be unmasked...

hmmm so what is it like on ip ban ? i can still create new accounts, and play but my accounts seems to be getting banned more easily nowadays.

dont worry, i've been banned lots of times. everytime there is big patch, they unbann everyone LOL. thats why so many people are pissed at acclaim

ip CAN be changed, and there is no way they can track u. All u need is a reboot to the modem so your isp assigns u a new ip address. tastedahate was account banned, not IP ban. there is no such thing as IP ban, because it is not accurate. IP dont remain the same forever.

if they do a mac address ban like valve which is unlikely though, u can also use mac address changer =)

wow tastedahate was banned for skill hack? but how do u even show in a ss that you are using skill hack. and to gramcracker is it true that after a big patch they unban everyone? why is that so? i want my accounts back!

- You actually can change the router IP for another one, not only mask it. Mask it, could be with programs like YOURFREEDOM, but routers IP is totally different.


- And answering the main question of this thread, yeah, if you get to unban your accounts, they will be after you for a while, but it will only be for about 1 month. A friend got his account banned, and a month later he continued hacking. He hasn't been banned yet again.

- If they ban your IP, like one time they did with me, just change your routers IP for another available one.

okay so just change the routers ip? just reseting it will do the work right?
and how did ur friend get his account unbanned. i emailed acclaim and they did not want to return me my account =.=

Hmm...IP banned? I don't think so. Acclaims don't do IP ban. And what if he change the IP, then he is like unbanned? So is he coming back? :D

I saw the SS but SS really do nothing.

BTW every big patch, they unbanned all accounts? I'm not sure but my friend still couldn't get his account back. :rolleyes:

yeah i really dont think you will get ip banned. and under what conditions would you get ip banned? same here i couldnt get any accounts back. i hope i get my latest account back from acclaim =\
