You can't get your E-mail Adress back with an alternative E-mail Adress?
I can freeze him if you want, than he can't use him anymore, but i don't think there is someone how gonna help you to hack your email back.
Next time, you should use a better password.
12345, 123456, 123456789, 1234567890 or "password" is not an good password ..
You should use something like that : G4iL(a$&Qw}
And you should not tell your friends what your password is ^.^
