[Help]Unique Scrolls - cannot find target

This error i get when i try to use themm
btw i tried to select mobs, players and not working

ya there solution is to click on mob or player and then click on the scroll and its gonna work with ya .

you cant read ? Ive said i selected a mob, player before trying
