For Speed just change it value to what u want 380 is normal
For Skill NO CD = change value to 1

2. Open CE 5.4 then open the cheat table attach it to system.dll.
3. Look for Level in the Cheat Table and write down the address.
4. Then scan for 4 bytes Exact Value the level of your character ex. your level is 103 then scan for 103 then advanced a level or just change to a higher level character and scan for its level ex. your level 105 scan for 105 just repeat until you have 1-2 address left one of them is your level address then write it down.
5. Open Calculator put it in scientific mode then click hex. Subract your level address to the one in the Table. When you got 5 digits then that's what your going to use.
6. Smart Edit the address in the Table using the one you got in subracting your level address and the level address.

on me i don't get dc but to much spamming of skill may Disconnect..
