"How to ____" is NOT how English speakers ask for something. "How to ____ " makes you sound stupider than the legally retarded here. Easy. The most probable cause: you're behind a router and most likely, the ports are not set correctly, or at all.

Haha, I understood you perfectly. I just like to poke fun at people. Now let's see, you still expect us to read your mind and know what source you're using. You gave us no information on the problem expect for "my friend can't login". Did you make him an account? Do you know how to make an account? Did you port forward? Is the server and client configured correctly? Is your computer plugged in?

i have 5165 source... i gave it to skype(Client, to my Friend..) he tries to login and doesnt work for him..i edit server.dat and config...LoL I know how to create account i create account for him.. i can login to my server.. he cant login...
Thats is the problem... i need to play people in my server but i dont know how

5165 is a version number. There are many sources out there that use 5165. You're probably using "NewestCOServer V2" and as I said before, there are probably 30+ guides available (video and written) that you could be following. You either didn't set up the server/client correctly or you didn't port forward your router.

Again... you never port forwarded or are not using hamachi.

One of those two things has to happen before they can connect to your computer for any reason.
