PWI - Catshop Sniper

Hi all,
after a long time i take again a look on my catshop reader and think about to make a online website with the results.
remembering some posts from interest07 about his reader and the use of a mysql database :)

so i sit down, optimized the reading bot and code a quick website for the mysql database.
at this time, the bot reads only the catshops from archosaur on raging tide in pwi.
the reading time takes about 15-20 minutes, since the bot walk slow :D

since i not finished the auto update, i have to import the results as sql file to the online database by hand, so updates are at this time: slow
maybe 2 times a day...deppend on my free time.
later its planed that the bot auto update the online database...

so i present here a first public beta of:

PWI-Market

what you can do at this point with the online results ?

1. browse all selled items
2. browse all buyed items
3. sort results by id, shopname or price
   results are: icon, itemname (right colored), shopname, amount, price and shop cordinates to copy/paste
4. a click on itemname send you to pwdatabase for item description
5. a click on the magnifying glass show all shops buying and selling the item
6. search a item with its name
   you dont need the full name or case sensitive, like perfect will result in all items containing the word perfect
7. automatic find all items selled lower then other shops buy it
8. sort defined Buy/Sell Items with Iconbar
9. show item info like refine, socket etc. on mouse hower

Future Plans:

1. search all PWI servers, not only raging tide
   not planed to use other countrys like ph, ru...for ru server look here: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
2. user login were you can define hunted items with max. price you like to pay, if found you get a email notification
3. auto update database every 30-60 minutes
4. quick search for items selled lower then buyed from shops

Since some People from zhyk.ru named the Page "PWI-Market" i changed Name to it...

its a weekend project, so i maybe slower program then you wish.

Ooooh that looks pretty nice mate! Will definitely be cool when you have the auto update stuff working :D
Just a quick note though... It's a little bit broken in FireFox >.>
Some of the layout goes a bit weird and javascript doesn't work properly.
Works fine in IE though (shudder :P)

Looks much nicer than the one I made, good job.

Definitely needs some work to make it compatible with firefox though ;)

Would be nice if you have sockets/addons/refines for equipment though.

ff problems solved :)

For the description (i.e., what you would see when you hover over an item) you ideally need to call a function first. It's in the item's vTable entry at I think 0x3C, so it would be like [[[itemBase]+0]+0x3C] (the 0 is the vTable).
I think Interest07 gave an example of this somewhere.
Once you call the function, the description can then be found as one of the fields in the item struct.

However... I think the item struct already contains additional info about refines / shards / addons etc. It's probably easier to just grab the full description though.

ok. I did not asked if it was a choise. In Chrome - there is only one table. Or one table for both servers ? I don`t think it sould be so. And it seems to be a problem to choose pages for buy\sell- it`s always the first.

thanks for the bug report...so i have to download chrome browser.
but the others are right, i wrote it in this thread...1 server this time only.

to the other servers, im thinking to make this a public project.
so ppl from other servers can run the bot too, so update times will raise a lot.
have to think about this, since all info is from here...im not frighten to make the source public :D

since im now at work and later by my gf, no update till tomorrow :(

Amazing tool. Can't wait to see it being updated every 30 minutes.

Update:
with one click you can search automatically the database for all items shop´s sell for a lower price, then other shop´s buy it.
just press the HINT button on the menu and have fun :)
