Getting havoc in Zetas gates

Do you get zetas depending what the zeta gate says because i here that if it says zeta 3 you do not get a havoc is this true or does it work the same as if it says zeta 1????or 2????:confused::confused:

i think i know what BP is doing. If u have no havoc equiped you have more chance (about 70%)
if u have more and more and more havoc u will likely get none
