"Grand Chase Hacks, Bots, Cheats & Exploits" is also known as the Release section.
It should be really obvious when you can see threads that has releases.
Therefore, this section should only contains releases. No questions and requests.
You can discuss at the [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
English is the required language.
And if you're a Filipino, you can discuss at [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...].
You're allowed to use Filipino language at that section.
