No .. mobs drop isn't controlled this way , look there is 3 ways :
1- Normal drop from the 6 tables , ( rare , equip , reinforce , recover , Stones , Tablet )
you just can change the MOBS drops from this table , the table consist of about
180 row , each row represent the level of its number ; and about 36 column , so you edit in the column1 at the row 15 so mobs of level "15" will drop D1 _ A , and in column 2 at row 16 so mobs of level 16 drop d1_B , so edit in column 36 for row 120 = L.v 120 mobs drop 12_C and so on .... if you want to add D13 _A , D13_B , D13_C you have to add new column in the tables by Right click the tables -> design -> add new column.
2- by Special drop ( Group Type )
You can set groups from a Tables i can't remember it's name right now , but it have the word " Group"
You can create the group from the tables , giving a NAME , and ID for it , and the items it will drop and set the ratio between the items , like 3:7 , 3 for rare item , and 7 for normal item , so normal have more chance to be dropped from the SAME group , and you can set the groups to special mobs, like tiger girl , roc , etc .. by adding its IDS in front of the group name and ID , and Minimum drop value and maximum drop value . ( this function first use was in Roc Drop , there was a group called ROC , contain all IDs of the ROC_SET Items ,)
3-Special one item DROP...
By adding mobs id , item id , and Minimum drop value and maximum drop value . and the drop ratio , and other prams ..
