i someone tell me what command to call monster ? because i want learn to make event@quest , and i need to know what monster good for that quest ...

Your best bet is to decide everything yourself.

As for the question about calling monster-
If you mean spawn it as part of the quest, look to the cq_generator.
If you mean as a PM/GM command, check out the all things guide for PM/GM commands.
