Packet editor

I was able to use the packet editor app for speed rerolling/enchanting with windows xp with no problem. now that i have upgraded to windows 7, i have an issue. when i run the editor, the window it opens isnt large enough to put the codes in. there is no way i can see to enlarge or expand this window. please tell me what i can do to solve this, thank you.

do i need to post this somewhere else, or does nobody have a any advise or something else i can try. i uninstalled the program, and re-downloaded/installed it again. same thing.

turn off your UAC restart pc and run as administrator.
