Visual C++ Help

I keep getting the visual c++ virtual memory too low, anyone help me at all?#


My Comp Specs are below, i have no idea how to get any others or even if these are correct:

AMD Duran(tm)
1.10 GHz
992 MB of RAM
39 GB harddrive
Microsoft Windows XP Proffesional 2002 Service pack 2

while the recommend memory is 1521mb, 200mb is good enough for me
(i have only 16GB SSD HD)

if u want to have a general idea, go alt-ctrl-del and check the process memory usage
if its around 100mb, just double the the amount to 200mb
for my desktop vista ultra, avg is 500mb, so i use 1000mb
for my notebook XP home, avg is 120mb, so i use 200mb

still wont work mate, and whats this all about then? cos tbh, i have NO idea whatt all these processes are, i dont know what half of em are tbh :|

COuld this problem be that i have used ALOT of my computers memory, cos its got loads of crap on it, and im at 1440 Virtual memory
