NOOB NEEDS HELP

OK This is not my 1st time trying to figure out how too... but this board seems to be helpful, so her it goes ( and i know im gonna get flamed for this already)

For the no_crc, i have downloaded and installed, i have winhex so i can edit, but I need a tutorial for understanding the coding and where to change it at (which file)

I was looking for a way to get some of my gear to +7 and this looks like it might work if I can understand the coding a little better, or maybe even get and example or 2 so I can compare them.

Can anybody give me a shove in the right direction? This noob would really appreciate it.

There's a way (i suppose) to make that with a packet editor. But even if i would know exactly how to make it i wouldn't definitely share the info :).
