Working CABAL modifications

Hello everybody.
Does anybody know if there are some WORKING mods out there?
Like Weapon glows or UI mod?
I've tried some files out, but my game won't start if I try to mod CABAL.
Can anybody link some working mods? I can not really download any files and try them out,since my internet sucks balls.
