about bodykit hack...

i want to ask 1 question and i need quick answer,
do we have potential to get banned if we change our car to old igc bodykit? if someone that moron didnt noticed it was old igc bodykit and make false report...? what is banhammers and how it work?.. i hope some one to answer it...
