I've got it. I found it by searching the official website. It's still there.
You're talking about the one with the animated fire arrow, right?

Pretty sure he explained the first time around you could get it from their ftp server at one point...

Oh, when you mentioned hard drive, I figured you just had a folder full of TQ stuff that could be easily searched but would take time. The CO website loads ridiculously slow for me for some reason so won't check that.

Making your own site (and not making someone else's yours) will be better for learning for the future, assuming you plan anything for the future of your project.
