Guide me on Farming. I have character FA level 143. My friend say that the best way of farming is get cabalrider and premium service then bot my character in UnderGround. Any suggestions? Help me! :(

You should not bot with your main char (i gues the fa is your main), just run dungeons (ft1 is cheap atm, or well, in EU it is)
Bot is just for extra alz, you could get a second char to bot with if you can multi client.
Where to bot etc.. depends on your gear and class, test diferent spots and find out what suits you best.
