DDS files locked up

im just gettin back into doing .dds edits, and tonight in finally decided to sit down do some
but wen i try to save i get this

has anyone else had this problem, and does anyone know what im supposed to do?

just save it to desktop then drag and drop

I incounter something similar and thats how i did he
Umm i thinks they write protected the files but u can drag and drop and overwrite
