on wat servers does the English patch work?

THERE IS NO ENGLISH PATCH FOR CHINESE PSERVERS! STICK WITH IT!

haha you sure? i am using english patch on the 20x exp 100x drop server -.-

But it's old server where the reg page doesn't work ;)
